Today’s episode focuses on the cracks in our healthcare system. I discuss my struggles with dealing with healthcare professionals for myself and my elderly parents. I talk about how difficult it is to find competent care for the elderly and other marginalized groups, specifically the fat and poor, which I self-identify as.

I wrap up this segment by discussing my caregiver burnout, and my future plans for The Moonlit Goddess, and at the very end, you’ll hear me read the self-titled poem from my fourth poetry anthology, Brick by Brick.
