Hello and welcome to PsyCast. We are Sport and Exercise Psychology students from the German Sports Universtity Cologne (GSU) and we want to make our matter of heart – sport psychology - more publicly accessible. No matter if you’re a Data Scientist, Hobby Golfer, Quidditch World Champion or professional athlete. This is for everyone. We want to communicate topics and research in Sportpsychology in an understandable way. We want to introduce you to common problems and phenomena in Sportpsychology but also recommend evidence based practices and techniques from Sportpsychology and how they can help you in your everyday life or career.
