Kylie is great. She's got a real likability factor about her and she's not maximizing it all the time. The greatest area where this likability must lead for her is in sales and that is where she is losing all of it!
In today's episode, we discover quite quickly that Kylie disappears when she goes to her webinar sales pitch the problem. She's doing a cookie cutter of what she is told to do. The main thing that is hurting Kylie vocally and creating sounds that misrepresent her is that she is reading a script, thinking of the words and wondering what we are thinking. It’s a cookie cutter plan that does not allow for her most authentic self to come through.
Kylie knows she's disconnected and that is the first problem. We cannot connect with her; therefore, we won't buy from her. Kylie completely loses her likability as she goes into sales mode. Disconnect and absolute lack, lack of a voice experience.
Not only can we not connect with her, but we also don’t know who she is so we miss out on all the great sounds that represent her and how truly knowledgeable and delightful she is. All these things are working against her when it comes to retention and revenue. All it will take is a few shifts to get her back on track and ready to fully maximize the power of her greatest asset.
