While I believe that most bad things that happen to us are just our state of mind, bad things still happen.  It's important to not let those bad things allow your emotions to control you, BUT its also important to do this when things are GOOD.

Fear is necessary for our survival, but we tend to let fear creep up in irrational places that stop us from being our true self.  I beleive when you encounter this fear, its a sign that you are on the right path and you MUST confront this fear.
In this episode I wanted to talk about motivation and why its useful as a temporary start, but not for sustained success.  You must find drive and purpose.  You must believe in you and stop trying to find the one answer to solve all problems.
