Creating systems doesn't mean you have to write software. Just the opposite, take the simplest approach and use off-the-shelf ideas.
Slow and steady wins the race. Break each task into individual components. Small savings in effort, add up over time.

- Security camera in the closet for inventory
- $100 limit contractor credit card - no contractor worrying about floating the cost
- Phone for housekeeping to take photos when done cleaning, auto saved to Google photos
- Take photos to simplify check in for guests, point out locks and draw arrows
- Use a Nest or Ring lock for reprogramming code for each guest, then text them the code
- Build relationships around co-hosts, pay a percentage of revenue
