I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor here in Atlanta, GA with a private practice where I specialize in working with women. I'm also certified in maternal mental health. As a woman, daughter, friend, wife, and mother I know the struggles that women go through on a day-to-day basis. I wanted to create a space to talk about the struggles and to assist listeners with ways to navigate the journey of womanhood.
