On Episode 13, I was fortunate to speak with special guest, Streamer Manager for MC ESPORTS and mental health advocate, Leishaaa321 on the topic of 'Mental Health and the Benefits of Video Games'.

We dive into:

- the charity work she does with MC ESPORTS, raising awareness and funds for mental health organisations

- the panel she has organised at PAX Australia this year on 'Mental Health and the Benefits of Video Games'

- unpacking some of theses benefits

- where we feel mental health has been depicted well in video games, and where sometimes not so much

- how cathartic a video game experience can be for both sufferers and non-sufferers when done well.
