On Episode 17, I spoke with Casey Lyons, the Co-Founder and CEO of the Australian mental health charity 'LIVIN'. Casey shares his story on why LIVIN was formed, how the team are working to change the way we view and interpret mental health and mental illness, kickstarting conversations through their LIVIN apparel.  Casey also shares some really important practical information about the importance of self-care, what are some of the signs that someone may not be doing ok, how to have these conversations and what happens if the response is that they’re not doing ok.
