Good morning, everyone. Today is August 16, 2021. This is another motivation Monday. I got to tell you guys, this weekend, I've been going through a lot of different changes. And I normally do not watch the news. But when it comes to major events that happen, I can't ignore them, you know, and my phone was just going off and about earthquakes in Haiti and Afghanistan. When is it ever going to end, it's just a barrage of bad news out there. That's what I see on the news. But that's if you choose to look and watch and get your information from the mainstream news. What I would recommend is to listen to programs such as this one or listen to things on YouTube that causes a positive effect. And the point of this podcast or subject is the man in the mirror. One of my very good buddies, Jose, was telling me. “Hey, have you heard the song, Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson?” And I was like, of course, yeah. So what he was asking is,
“Have you listened to it understood it, and got its message, not just listening to it for the beat and the lyrics?” all this resonates with me. 

Knowing what he meant is have you truly understood the man in the mirror? The song, have you tried it? Have you looked in the mirror and thought to yourself. “Hey, I want to make a change. And it's going to start with me.” you know, that's what Mike meant. And obviously, if you watch the music video. It has a lot to do with what's going on in the world now, like Haiti, over 200 had passed already. And if you look at the video Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson, I'm not saying that it's Haiti or anything, but sometimes we choose to close our eyes to what's really going on in the world. And we're so worried about gaining more status, more power, more money for ourselves. But what's really important is others like the ones that are less fortunate than us. And when you have a responsibility and the means you can always give back whether that be money, time, energy, love connection, all you can do is look in the mirror, okay, change the man in the mirror if you want a positive change in the world. That's going to be my message to you this Monday morning. Look in the mirror, figure out who that is. And then if you want to make a change, go towards a positive one. Because the world is already filled with so many dark places, but it's us who we need to choose to be the light. Sorry for being so serious On this episode, but this is just how I feel and what I've been perceiving this last weekend. So I'm like I said on my last episode, I'm sending positive vibes and love y'all like I really do if you guys haven't felt that yet. I hope you feel it now. And I hope that we can all come together and just be better to each other in this world. And it all starts with the man in the mirror.
