Qazi Fazl Ullah is a philosopher, linguist, and author. He is Fazil Wafaqul Madaris where he studied Arabic grammar, Arabic literature, Fiqh, jurisprudence, logic, philosophy, Ilmul Kalam, Seerah, Tafseer, Hadith, and Islamic history. He studied at Peshawar University and Islamic University Islamabad in Pakistan and specialized in law, economics, and political science.
