This week we explore the incredible business world of João Passos. After more than 15 years as a Real Estate Consultant, and since 2015 as Leader of the JPVA Team, João Passos continues to prove that passion and dedication are synonymous with satisfied customers.

With a significant part of its clients coming from the LGBTQ+ community, national and international, João and his team are proud to be a reference “in the celebration of diversity”. Homes for Everyone is the motto of the team.

The successive awards it has won over the years, with special emphasis on the choice by FORBES Portugal as one of the 10 Best Agents in Portugal (in 2018), are the corollary of many years of hard but rewarding work. One of the highest points in João's career happened in August 2023, when he became the 1st (and only) KW Worldwide agent to be on stage with Gary Keller, at the Mega Agent Camp that took place in Austin (Texas), sharing some of his knowledge with around 6,000 colleagues.

But, since always, João's greatest reward has been the ability to make a difference in the lives of his clients and help them make their dreams come true. And, in this way, João's dreams have also been achieved: improving people's lives, traveling and seeing the world, being a “father” of two cats, and enjoying time with his partner, family and circle of friends.
