Have you been pretty confused lately?

Maybe it’s pandemic related, political, maybe you don’t know how to do anti-racism work, how to talk to someone you disagree with, how to ask your boss to keep working from home: whatever’s happening in your world, if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, weary of judgement, confused AF, and afraid of doing things wrong, you are sooooo not alone.

In fact, I think you’re in the majority, which is why I put today’s podcast together.

Today’s episode is here to remind you of things you know but may have forgotten, like how to:

- Make truthful, strong, decisions

- Mine the outside world for evidence needed to make a responsible choice

- Take stock of the worldviews that are making you feel stuck

- Excavate the thoughts that aren’t serving you and replace them with those that are

By the end of today’s podcast you’re gonna possess the tools necessary to make any decision (big or small) on the sturdy ground of someone who has her own back.

There will always be a cacophony of opinions about what to do and who to trust – but there will also always be a smart, grounded, powerful person to turn toward and consult when you’re confused:your higher self.
