In business, your network is super important. In College, sometimes athletes isolate themselves and are guilty of just hanging out with other athletes instead of connecting more within the campus.

As I get into the business world and being an entrepreneur, I now understand that getting clients is often about referrals. It's more about who you know than what you know and that's something that I'm learning even in these locker rooms.

Every NFL locker room is different. But you have to learn to form new relationships every single day with coaches and players. Going into college, I wish I would have known more about the importance of networking.

Connecting with people and forming relationships is everything.
