A year after it was first due to happen we are delighted to be in rehearsal for 'The Last Abbot of Reading' to be performed in the Reading Abbey Ruins from June 11. 

In three podcasts being released in the run up to the play opening we will speak to the writer, designer, director and some of the cast of the play.

This first podcast in our preview trilogy was first recorded a year and a half ago! 

Writer Beth Flintoff sat down with us shortly after delivering the first draft. Also featured is Matthew Williams from Reading Museum who gives us some insight into the space we'll be performing in - the Chapter House.
