A repeat of 2020's P3 finish proved one step too far for McLaren in a season of two halves for the MCL35M, but coming away with their first win since 2012, the season's only 1-2 finish, plus a breakout season for up-and-comer Lando Norris meant that few in Woking are likely to complain.
