Terry Rich is a successful CEO and President of 25 years who loves to engage and entertain audiences across the globe.  Terry led the team that busted the largest lottery fraud in U.S. history, was a guest on Johnny Carson’s “Tonight Show”, and gave away $1 Billion. He also led the Blank Park Zoo to profitability from a $600,000 deficit while positioning it as the second largest attended attraction in the state. Terry is also the author of $80 Billion Gamble and Dare to Dream, Dare to Act.

Terry talks first of all about the busting of the largest case of lottery fraud in US History. He also discusses the temptation of fraud and the need for oversight to curb it even in organization you wouldn't think it could happen in, such as a church. Terry also talks about creating atmospheres to encourage innovation.

Philip Sharp talks in his essay segment about a topic that is almost mythical in appearance: local and state government. Every four years people are stirred to vote because of a presidential election, yet have no idea of who their local leaders are or don't even vote for any of them. Philip makes a plea for citizens to take back the reins of local and state government as if our souls depended upon it.
