Patrick Harrington is an embodiment of the divine masculine, and the owner of nine Kindness Yoga studios in the Colorado area. Working from a donation-based model, Patrick has built a beacon for love and compassion within the yogic space.

In the ultimate trust fall, Patrick and his family moved from Denver to Costa Rica and back again in search of “the middle road” - that space in which all of life is experienced without judgment, as neither good nor bad, but rather what IS. This is the key to the present moment, and to the truest understanding of our roles as brothers and sisters in the infinitely connected field of oneness.
