To be honest, I have always thought of myself as someone who is ready to take on a relationship. I have always believed that when the right person comes along; I would ask the person out, and who knows? Of course, as someone who believes in love and always tries to find someone, I thought I am ready to love and to be loved. It is not until recently that I find out that I am actually not ready at all, and here's why....?

In this episode, we are doing to discuss about commitment and attachment theory. To me, I am NO EXPERT in any of these concepts; however, the more I read, the more I am interested and invested in these concept.
