Being able to love yourself and to be confident with who you are is something most of us struggle with, but that doesn’t mean it's something we can’t do! In this episode, I talked a little bit about my journey of what I did in order to start loving myself and to gain the confidence that I have today. I also mentioned how the little things - like giving yourself cute compliments - can actually change the way you see yourself. To be very honest though, I’m not all the way there yet but… baby steps, right? Hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it.
