We all know of a teacher, a family member, a friend, an author, or a singer that has made a profound impact on our life.

One small piece of advice, some encouragement, a lesson learnt or a powerful story that has changed the way we think about the world, the opportunities we strive for in life and the dreams we believe achievable.

We call these people Rays of Sunshine.

In this podcast, I will be interviewing my community, my friends and my family, who I believe are Rays of Sunshine, to talk about the great things they are doing and also ask them who it was that gave them an all-important boost that transformed their life.

The goal is to brighten up your day and uplift your spirit as you hear their inspiring stories. And encourage you to strive to be a ray of sunshine in someone else’s day.

These stories will remind us that the smallest moments can have the biggest impact.

The Ray of Sunshine series is linked to The Rainbow Boosters Project where we’re supporting underprivileged children by connecting them to the internet and a community, to ensure they don’t get left behind in a digital world.
