I know formal education is important but not everyone has to go this route. Sometimes real life experiences can be your best teacher.

I want to make it clear that I'm not proposing that formal education is a waste of time. I think everyone should go to college before they write it off completely. It has it's place in society.

Matter of fact, I encourage my son to attend college after he graduates from high school.
