For generations, our society has been systemically set up in a way to keep certain groups out. Black women are in a peculiar position as we are neither white or male and although we are the most educated group in America, we still lack representation in corporate leadership and in the boardroom. So much so that many of us have opted out of the corporate rat race all together. Despite these facts, our next guest Nye Jones accepts the challenge of proving folks wrong and leverages her experiences to drive change in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion.
