Avila Short Bio:

Avilia Guardiola is a graduate of Harvard Business School and also holds a B.S in Business from Arizona State University. Avilia is a first-generation Mexican-American and native of Arizona. Prior to pursuing an MBA, Avilia worked on Wall Street as an Investment Banking Analyst for Bank of America Merrill Lynch with clients based out of Latin American during one the most robustly unprecedented times for the region. She was also an Assistant Director for Sponsors For Educational Opportunity where she led the restructuring of the investment banking pipeline program. Currently, Avilia works in the e-commerce department for HEB, the #1 grocery retailer in the US. She launched her first of several businesses in 2016 and still enjoys the pursuit of entrepreneurial ventures. Her most recent venture is the Life Budget Challenge & Life Investment Club where she educates women on how to achieve financial freedom and empowers them to live a life in full alignment of their true authentic self. Avilia is passionate about ending generational poverty. She dedicates her free time to mentoring the next generation of women in finance & entrepreneurship. She is a super-taster and enjoys traveling and tasting the world, over 20 countries so far! She has a great affinity towards Japanese culture and business and has spent several weeks in-country supporting various organizations with disaster recovery efforts.
