In this Agent Success Series Interview, Lori Ballen interviews Troy Wilson of The Wilson Group in the South Florida metropolis of Pembroke Pines which is centered between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. In addition to running The Wilson Group, Troy is a full time Police Officer, father of five amazing children and married to his high school sweetheart, Channon. Troy has been in Real Estate for only three short years and quickly rose to the top of his market despite simultaneously holding down a full-time job in Law Enforcement. Troy received the rookie of the year award for the KW Pines market center in 2014. In 2016, Troy started The Wilson Group to continue to grow his business while simultaneously teaching new agents how to grow theirs. The Wilson Group now consists of two buyers agents, a transaction coordinator and a virtual assistant. Since he started in the business, Troy has increased his business by over 50% each year and is on track to break the $10 Million dollar mark in year 3.
