Dan Diaz is Managing Partner for Toma Todo Ventures and Acquisitions, LLC. In addition to being a loving husband, Dan was born in Mexico, raised in the US, and he is a Texan by choice.

Dan has spent six years in real estate. He has been a full-time investor since November 2015. He is a creative financing expert negotiator and an owner financing specialist. His first deal netted him $80,000 upfront and $400 per month spread for the next 30 years, and that got him fired up!
