She is passionate about sharing the therapeutic wisdom of yoga and is an advocate for self-care -- sharing yoga, meditation and self-care rituals as therapies to empower women to be healthy, stay sane and feel good again. When she is not speaking, teaching or leading retreats, you can find her with her feet in the grass, hiking with her beloved dog, Ellie, or spending time with horses at a ranch.
