The Presence of God is the power of God. If we want His power, we must seek His Presence. In Psalms, David longs for the holy places, which is the Presence of God. In the Presence of God, we see His power and Glory. God also promised Moses that His Presence would go and help him. For hundreds of years since Moses and the children of Israel entered the promised land, the identity of his Presence remained a mystery, until Jesus arrived and revealed who this Presence was – the Holy Spirit! Jesus came not just to save us but to also give us the Presence of God in the person of the Holy Spirit - The Holy Spirit is the Presence of God.
