Well, the corollary to that is, "What scripts have people handed you, that you are acting out unknowingly?" You can return the scripts to sender. 

Example. Although Steve had been taught a weight loss principle from a dear friend, he didn't want to follow her script to achieve his results. He wanted to write his own. So he created his own process to help people write a new script for weight loss.
