Have you ever considered the impact changing your NOs to saying YES may impact your kids?

What if instead of overly protecting them or irritatingly responding to them with NO, we decided to allow our children to try something new, to learn, to explore, to fail, to not be held back by our fears, and to lean into their own experiences of the world?

I had been a NO mom for years. Too many. But after getting a taste of what the YES life could be like, I look back with regret on the time I spent using the word "No" as my initial response to my boys.

So let's talk about why we are so quick to say NO and how we can help our children flourish with a simple YES.
