Vermont comedians Jay Gelter and Ben Stockman introduce the world to the small town of Brattleboro and its unique residents. Parodying normal talk shows, Jay and Ben play character versions of themselves as they discuss current events (most of which aren't real) and interview local, everyday Brattleboro residents (who aren't real either.) As each interview progresses, these normal, everyday people reveal more and more how truly strange and bizarre they, and the town they live in, are. Is Billy Williams, a humble bus boy, secretly Brattman, the local masked vigilante? Is the Mayor of Brattleboro actually a famous actor in disguise to research a role? And who is Sugar, the mysterious woman who keeps sending Ben fan mail with drawings of him as a giraffe? REAL PEOPLE airs live Thursday nights on WVEW-LP 107.7 fm at 10pm
