Most people worry if you shove two of me in one room but destress this is another Kylie who I feel that I have known my whole life but please let me introduce you to my wonderful mentor and friend Kylie Bartlett. 

This episode was the actions I took from being in a workplace where I was bullied for two years and how I got past just spinning in the grief. 

It is how I stepped outside my military circle and I seeked a Happiness Coach who led me to a mentor where I l flipped my mindset and changed my whole outlook on life.
