Most changemakers are fully aware of the fact they are talented beings. That's not the problem. The challenge is getting past a superficial assessment of talent to get to the big stuff, the magical mojo that could become a life changer. 

I am Maestro level good at finding the gold. Clients to companies, it is one of my most potent superpowers.  And yet, my ability to find my gold is nada. I suck at seeing my gold.
