A show with a more realistic approach towards mental health issues. Open, honest and judgement free with a host who has suffered from CPTSD and depersonalization-derealization disorder since the age of 9, not a health professional by any means but someone who has lived with mental health issues for many years and tried many different therapies and medications and finally come to the realisation that learning to live with and manage my issues instead of looking for a cure or fix has seen my mental health finally improve.
