Mitch Sinberg is a multifamily and commercial real estate debt and equity financing expert who serves as Senior Managing Director for Berkadia’s Florida mortgage banking team. He co-manages the state of Florida, and since joining the firm in 2013, has increased Berkadia’s annual volume ten-fold and is consistently named to Berkadia's ‘CEO Circle’ representing the top producers and leaders in the firm. Mitch is also an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University, teaching real estate finance and investment in the school’s MS in Real Estate program.
