David Hill is the founder of Free indeed Ministries, a non-profit located at 201 N. Centre Street in Cumberland, MD. David started out life in Baltimore MD and his path in life lead him here. David started the Hope Against Heroin in Allegany County raising awareness about the opioid epidemic in our area. He has been an outstation "life coach" for those around him for the past 28 years.
