50 LIFE LESSONS TO LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE:
1. Get into the habit of asking yourself “Does this support the life I’m trying to create?”
2. When someone shows you who they are, believe them
3. Don’t give away information that doesn’t benefit you
4. The less you care about what others think of you, the happier you’ll be
5. Stop accepting things you’re not ok with. Teach people how you want to be treated
6. Heal generational trauma
7. If you get tired, learn to rest, not quit. If you want to speed up, slow down
8. Don’t worry about things you can’t control
9. Lead with Progress not perfection
10. Work smart, Play hard
11. Everything you desire is on the other side of your comfort zone
12. Don’t be too good at a job you don’t want
13. Hire a therapist or life coach
14. Be intentional with your time and energy
15. Marry your best friend & chose that person wisely
16. Stop making people a priority who don’t make you one
17. When you say no to someone, you’re saying yes to your
18. Invest (in yourself and financially)
19. Read more books
20. Take messy action
21. Eat healthy, prioritize your sleep, stay active & drink more water
22. Be more aware of your daily habits, they make up who you are
23. Tell people you love them more
24. Celebrate big and small wins
25. Mediation, mindfulness, gratitude & presence
26. Become an essentialist
27. Rewrite old belief systems that no longer serve you
28. Be patient…trust yourself & the process
29. Personal transformation comes as the expense of your old self
30. Compliment more & complain less
31. Find things/activities/people who inspire you to be creative & force you to be present
32. Optimize your life for efficiency
33. Challenge society (Exercise your right to choose)
34. Be a work in progress and help people grow
35. If you don’t like where you are, MOVE, you are not a tree
36. Redefine: wealth (health & joy), success (happiness, peaceful, fulfilled), productivity (rest)
37. If you want a different result, do something different (Evolve or Repeat)
