In this episode, Christine chats with Laura Yewchuk, a birth & motherhood mindset mentor living in Ottawa Canada with her husband, two dogs and thriving happy, hilarious 10 month old son. She gave birth to her baby boy, all 9lbs 4oz of him in December 2021 at home, naturally with no medication, experiencing pleasure and power all within a 9 hour labor. It was exhilarating and empowering, easily one of the best experiences of her life and she wants more women to access a similar feeling for their births and motherhood. Laura has a deep passion for all things mindset, nature, natural and nourishing. She feels deeply called to support women on the way to and through motherhood heal unresolved emotions and traumas, overcome limiting beliefs and subconscious blocks so that they can feel confident and trust in themselves and their intuition more strongly than any external source or narrative and truly be in a place of self leadership on their matriarchal journey.
