Perfectionism often creates pressure, which can paralyze us. So, instead of embracing it as a good thing and giving ourselves a pat on the back for doing something perfectly, we scold ourselves.
In this episode of The Recovery Junkies, Carlos, Chris and recurring guest Kieu Hatch discuss why perfectionism is a false narrative that holds us back from becoming real and authentic people.
