Another guest (a journalist), had just moved back to Kerry from Dublin, full time, working remotely. Before approaching your boss and jumping on this romantic vision, please remember the following:- It's easier for journalists: they have always worked solo. Consider your industry and what you do;- Brexit is looming: more change is coming;- Winter is coming: Kerry looks a lot different in the winter as will your mental health;- Cost of living: A lower cost of living in the countryside means companies don't have to pay you as much;- A vaccine will come: And when it does, employers will want you back in the office for the good of the company, its culture and the people that are part of it.- New year, new plans: You don't always know what your employers have planned, don't get stuck in the mud.
