I have been studying leadership for 3 years now and I am no expert, but there are some things out there that I just have to touch on.  

There are a lot of people out there trying to be leaders, but they cannot lead themselves and that is what got me going on this topic.

I know there are many other qualities of great leaders, but these are the main ones I wanted to touch on for this episode.
