Ian is an advocate for mental health and issues pertaining to access to care in minority populations, particularly in the LGBTQIA+ community. In addition to healthcare leadership, Ian has over a decade of clinical bedside experience in a variety of settings, including emergency room, operating room, and anesthesia technology.
