With qualifications ranging from an ICF certified coach, NLP master practitioner and psychotherapist, Jack’s unique perspective; along with his collective of mental health and wellness professionals, allow Music and You to be uniquely positioned to help support and improve the mental health and well-being of the music industry. From the Live Live initiative launched in partnership with Lewis Capaldi to provide emotional support for fans attending concerts, all the way through to working directly with artists to build mental agility and resilience, Music and You's focus on working on prevention and on-going support over crisis management, aims to help every area of the music industry provide support from the outset of an individuals career in music, to drive a more supportive and inclusive music industry for all in the future.
