Why the change? Eric explains that, while the initial journey was incredible, he and his friend, Harry, had different visions for the podcast's direction. Harry delved into sales, even launching his own podcast and authoring a book, "Selling With Dignity."

Eric's passion lies in the "human experience" aspect of the podcast. He continues to invite remarkable guests who have transformed their lives from humble beginnings, sharing their inspiring stories with all of you.

Five months ago, he initiated the "Relentless Goal Achievers" group coaching, where like-minded individuals collaborate to achieve their dreams.

However, Eric felt that the podcast's previous branding no longer aligned with his company, brand, and future goals for the coaching program. This sparked a contemplative journey to synchronize all facets and create the community he envisioned.

The community that had already blossomed under "Lead, Sell, Grow" has now become the thriving Relentless Goal Achievers Community on Facebook.
