I have had a lot of questions asked to me about how I find motivation in training so much. Through this episode of the podcast, I reveal how I consistently worked on my mind before I worked on training my physical body. Your body only has so many physical capabilities before your mind will quite. At what point your mind quits is totally up to you and how indestructible you want it to be. It has taken a lot of hurt and pain to develop my mindset and the crazy thing is I have only tapped in to about 30% of its potential. Most people in society would sit in the 10% bracket of what they tap in to. I hope you get real knowledge out of this episode and understand how practical it is to train your mind over anything else.
