Whether you're an entrepreneur, or work with a company managing remote staff, setting well define boundaries with your remote staff, is of the utmost importance.  

Boundaries define us. They define what we are and are not, what we accept and do not accept, and makes clear what the expectations are when managing from behind the screen. 

When you manage remote staff it's easy to fall into a casual relationship, forgetting the importance of well define roles and expectations, especially when you're trying to foster an environment where your employees feel welcome and heard, but not having well define boundaries and expectations will cause more harm than good.
