Focus is something that is hard to do at times but necessary for us all. Retaining and learning new information from what we focus on is what allows our brains to grow and learn in the best ways possible, but can also feel harder than we desire! 

Today’s episode is all about helping listeners understand ways they can improve their focus and one way they can retain more of what they focus on. After listening, they will understand: 

  • What an ultradian rhythm is. 
  • The importance of your eyes in training your brain for focus. 
  • The importance of rest for your brain after focus.
