This is remarkably like an episode of Pete and Pete. But the ending of this podcast is way more satisfying. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Recap/PeteAndPeteS1E8HardDaysPete
This was a really cool episode with a very satisfying ending
Utterly Maniacal.
What an amazing story and such great detective work for an incredible, forgotten 90s pop muisc earworm. One of the most entertaining podcasts I've ever heard.
This was an awesome story... the journey to find a song. Nice!
Amazing episode. One of their best. Simple concept incredibly executed!
Great episode would never have found it if it wasn't for Podchaser.
Lived up to the hype. So good I listened a second time with my wife.
This is a good episode and fun romp. Maybe it got overhyped and set expectations too high, but I don't see it competing with Long Distance or Sruthi's pieces. Very entertaining episode all the same.
One of the best episodes of any podcasts. Great concept, execution, and conclusion. Made my day!
Epic episode! Mysterious earworm and a brilliant song re-creation. Great storytelling with the perfect ending. Bravo.
Loved it. Placed this episode on the top of my playlists because of this review: https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2020/mar/10/reply-alls-the-case-of-the-missing-hit-could-this-be-the-best-podcast-episode-ever I was not disappointed.
The fact that this got wrapped up into a nice shiny package with an actual conclusion makes this above and beyond one of the best episodes I've heard in a long while.
On, of not the best, podcast episode I've ever listened to. So, so good.
What a great story. Worth a listen.
This episode is the epitome of audio storytelling. It centres around a relatable problem, remembering the parts of a song from long ago but not being able to find it online. As the episode continues, it turns the dial up to the point they're contacting the lead singer of Barenaked Ladies and recreating the song from memory to try and crack the mystery.
This episode was extremely satisfying! I was smiling so hard by the end. Just reinforces why I love Reply All so much.
? better-than-the-episodes-of-any-other-podcast ?
This is the medium at its best...incredible
Such a simple premise made so intriguing
This is quite honestly one of the most satisfying episodes of any podcast I've ever heard. Second only to the Reply All series "Long Distance". Go listen to this, send it to everyone. I had a stupid grin plastered across my face the ENTIRE time.
