A chat with Dr. Celia de Anca about the intersections across diversity, inclusion, community, belonging, and happiness.

Together we explore how we might reset ourselves to foster an increased sense of belonging at universities and the world at large.   

Dr. Celia de Anca is currently the Deputy Dean for Ethics, Diversity, and Inclusion at IE University where she also runs the Center for Diversity in Global Management. She is the author of Beyond Tribalism (2012) and co-author of Managing Diversity in the Global Organization (2006). She had articles published in specialized journals, in addition to regular articles in the press.
