Gregoire Jacquet, a denizen of the Gourmet Ghetto as he calls it opened his small sandwich shop in Berkley about 20 years ago. Gregoire, the restaurant, gained a reputation for fresh locally sourced menus that changed with the season. He’s grooming his business now for a foray into the world of franchising.
