Take 3mins, ask God to speak to you, and answer these 3 questions:

1. What emotions am I feeling today?

2. What doubts are filling my mind?

3. What am I currently afraid of?

Take another 3mins and answer these questions:

1. On a scale of 1-10, how is my relationship with God doing? 

2. Has it been better? Why?

3. Do I believe God can help me? Why or why not?
